摘要
用小孔法测量焊接残余应力时，在焊缝及其附近区域常出现测量值过高的现象。产生这种误差的原因主要是由小孔边缘发生塑性变形、超出弹性范围所致。采用了一种改进方法对焊接残余应力重新测试，使误差大为减小。
he measured stresses are too high when using hole-drilling method for measuring welding residual stresses in welds zone. The errors are mainly produced by the plastic deformation around the drilled hole, which may be reduced by the method introduced in this paper.
