摘要
涡流检测的实质就是检测线圈上的阻抗变化。从信号参量估计理论出发,确定出以正弦波为载体的线圈阻抗变化的测量原理、物理实现及应用实例。利用互相关器实现的智能涡流检测系统能有效抑制干扰信号,具有很高的缺陷的检出能力和检测可靠性。
Eddy current testing is to pick up the impedence changes of the coils. From the theory of signal parameter estimation, this paper gives the principle and implementation of detecting the impedence changes. At last, an application is introduced. The cross correlator which realises intelligent eddy current inspection system can effectively restrain the interruptive signal and has high defects detecting ability and reliable inspection.
