摘要 45钢制作的焊管挤压辊用自制的渗硼粉剂装箱式炉加热渗硼,出炉后预冷到840℃淬火或随炉冷至300℃出炉后在盐浴炉中单工件重新加热淬火。回火采用200~240℃油浴加热处理后,渗硼层表面硬度可达HRC67以上(换算值),使用寿命与3Cr2W8V热作模具钢制作的挤压辊常规热处理件相当,但加工工艺简化,成本下降了68%。 Made by 45 grade of steel, the welded pipe squeezing roll, at first, is to be borided in heated batchtype furnace with the boride powers made by oneself. Secondly, the roll is to be quenched, either cooled in air until at 840℃ or left in the furnace until 300℃ and then reheated in salt bath furnace. Finally, the roll is to be tempered with oil bath treatment at 200~240℃. With the process above-mentioned, the hardness of the roll boriding surface is to be more than HRC67,the service life of the roll is equal to the squeezing roll's which is made by 3Cr2W8V hot work die steel with normal heat treatment, and its process technology is simple, cost is lower.
