摘要
采用专利技术“红外光导智能测控温装置”对高频螺旋焊管的功率控制系统进行改造,实现了对焊缝温度的闭环控制,通过工艺实验得出最佳焊接质量的温度控制范围和速度控制范围,从而确保高频螺旋焊管的焊缝质量。
In this paper, the patent “Infrared fiber wisdom temperature measurement and control system” adopted to remould the power control system of the HF spiral pipe mill. During welding process the temperature at the welding seam of the HF spiral pipe mill can be controlled. The best rang of temperature and speed control obtained from technology testing of the HF spiral pipe mill. So that, the welding seam quality of the HF spiral pipe can be guaranteed from this control system.
