摘要
在实验的基础上,分析Y型轧机冷轧过程钢丝力学性能和显微组织的变化趋势及原料组织状态对钢丝性能的影响。对比了在三辊冷轧和常规冷拉工艺条件下钢丝的力学性能及组织变化等方面的差异。
On the basis of experiment,the tendency of change of mechanical properties and microstructure of steel wire in the course of cold rolling on Y type rolling mill and the effect of state of structure of material on properties of steel wire have been analyzed To contrast the differences of change of mechanical properties and structure of steel wire in condition of 3 roller cold rolling and conventional cold drawing
