The paper describes in brief the application of GE Fanuc embedded computer control system in Ф340mm muhi,stand . pipe mill plant. Combining the control with the requirements of technology, the paper introduces the characteristics of structure, configuration and function of the embedded computer control system. And by taking the hydraulic roll gap control graph for example, it is proved that the performance of GE Fanuc embedded computer control system can fully satisfy the fast and high accurate requirements of hydraulic roll gap control system of the MPM.
