甘蔗栽培原种对蔗茅柄锈菌的抗性鉴定

Identification of Sugarcane Cultivated Original Species Resistance to Puccinia erianthi

采用人工接种喷雾法对国家甘蔗种质资源圃保存的34份甘蔗栽培原种材料进行了抗蔗茅柄锈菌(Puc-cinia erianthi Padw.et Khan)的抗性鉴定。结果表明,高抗材料13份(38.24%),抗性材料6份(17.65%),中抗材料7份(20.59%),中感材料3份(8.82%),感病材料5份(14.71%)。

Thirty-four sugarcane cultivated original species chosen from the collections of NNSGR （ National Nursery of Sugarcane Germplasm Resources, Kaiyuan, China） were analyzed by spraying inoculation method for the identification of their resistance to Puccinia erianthi Padw. et Khan. The result showed that 13 of the 34 samples were highly resistant （38.24%）, 6 of them resistant （ 17.65% ） and 7 of them moderately resistant （20.59%） , while 3 of them displayed moderate susceptibility （8.82%） and 5 of them displayed susceptibility （14.71%）.
