烟叶类胡萝卜素提取最佳条件的研究

Study on the Optimal Condition of Extracting Carotenoids from Tobacco Leaves

在不同溶剂、提取时间、温度、料液比和提取次数等条件下,通过正交实验,对烟叶类胡萝卜素提取最佳条件进行了研究。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件是用石油醚-丙酮(1∶1,V/V)混合溶剂浸提,料液比为1∶15(g/mL),在40℃条件下浸提3 h,浸提2次,其提取液的吸光度最高。

Under the condition of different organic solvents, extracting time, temperature, ratio between material and solvent, number of times, the optimal condition of extracting carotenoids from to- bacco leaves was studied by means of orthogonal experiment. The result showed that the optimal extraction condition was i： 15 （g/mL） , 40 ℃, 3 hours, 2 times with petroleum ether-actone （ 1： 1, V/ V）. The extraction had the highest absorption spectrum value.
