摘要
免耕播种施肥机的结构是影响机具作业质量和性能的主要因素之一,结构紧凑与性能可靠是联合作业机具设计的关键。2BFM-2型免耕播种施肥机的设计借鉴了国内外典型免耕播种机械研制的成功经验,结合辽宁西部半旱作区的特点及农艺技术要求,较好地解决了机具的结构与性能、成本与功能之间的矛盾。该机一次作业可完成灭茬、开沟、施肥、播种、镇压及覆土多道工序。
Structure design of no-tillage sowing-fertilizing is an important factor which affects working performance and quality of machines and tools. They are the keys that the structure is compact and performance is reliable. The design of 2BFM-2 type No-Tillage Sowing-Fertilizing Machine uses successful experiences at home and abroad for reference, combines the characteristic and agriculture technology requirements of the west semiarid zone in Liaoning Province, solves the contradiction between structure and performance, cost and function. It is so ideal a design that the machine can finish such many tasks as stubble plowing、 ditching fertilizing, sowing, compacting, earth covering and so on in one turn.
