摘要
玉米秸秆经粉碎筛分处理后,加入适量粘合剂,采用挤压成型工艺制成的育苗钵,具有一定的使用强度,可用来代替塑料育苗钵,对开辟秸秆利用新途径具有重要意义。通过试验,研究了粘合剂用量、成型温度和成型压力对育苗钵强度的影响,确定了玉米秸秆挤压成型育苗钵的较佳工艺参数:压力为6MPa,温度为100℃,粘合剂用量为20%左右。育苗钵的抗破损试验表明,其强度可以满足长途运输及搬运要求。
Seedling pots extruded by shattered and sieved corn straw mixed with proper amount of bond have use intensity to some extent. It can be used to take place of plastic seedling pots and has significance in opening up a new method of utilization of straw. The influence of the amount of bond, temperature and pressure on the strength of seedling pots was researched by experiments. Better technological parameters of extruding corn straw into seedling pots were determined which are pressure 6Mpa,temperature 100℃ and bond 20%. The anti-damage experiments of seedling pots indicate that the density can meet the demands of long-distance transportation and carry.
