摘要
针对直接注入式变量施药系统,研究了不同剂型和不同黏度的药液在自动混药时的混合均匀度。采用静态混合器,把不同的农药剂型、不同黏度的溶液与传统混药装置进行了对比试验。试验结果表明,静态混合的引入对悬浮剂及中高黏度药液的混合均匀度有明显的改善,以CV值作为评价标准。溶剂变化不大,悬浮剂提高了近20倍,中高黏度的药剂也提高了30%。200%,同时缩短了流体流经的管路,减少了达到均匀混合时的延时时间。
Amed at direct injection variable pesticide application system,this text researched the proportioned degree of different type of medicament and different sticky liquid in pesticide auto mixed, Using static state blender,for the different agrochemical type, different sticky liquid, compared with tradition commixing pesticide application system, the result expressed,it's obvious improvement of introduction of the static state blender to the suspend medicament and middle or high sticky liquid. According to evaluating standard of CV, the proportioned degree of suspend medicament increased 20 times or so,and the sticky liquid thirty percent to two hundred percent. In the meantime this application decreased pipeline length of liquid passes, therefore reduced the delay time of achieve well-proportioned degree.
