基于单片机的烟叶初烤控制系统设计

Control System of Tobacco Curing Based on Single-chip Microcomputer

根据烤烟房的现状,设计了基于Silabs单片机的烤烟房温湿度控制系统。首先,论述了烤烟房系统的结构,着重说明了控制器软硬件设计,并且给出了电路原理图以及程序流程图。试验结果表明,系统提高了烟叶的初烤质量,设备成本低廉,使用方便,并且大幅度降低了劳动强度,提高了烟叶综合效益。

According to the tobacco curing house which is largely used, The paper presented a control system of temperature and humidity via Silabs series single-chip microcomputer. It introduced principle of control system and design of hardware structure and software, then explained circuit schematic diagram and program flowchart. The results indicate that this control system improves the quality of tobacco curing, and that the facilities are simply and cheap. Application of the controller reduces labor costs and realizes comprehensive effect.
