液压榨油机自动控制系统的设计

The Design of Automatic Control System for Hydraulic Pressure Oil Press Machine

农村传统的榨油方式繁琐笨重、费力耗时且操作不方便。为了减轻劳动者的劳动强度,提高工作效率,结合液压榨油机工艺的实际要求,设计了一套液压榨油机榨油控制系统。该系统具有操作简单、运行可靠和经济实用等特点。其工作过程是:在液压榨油机工作前,操作者可以根据总榨油时间的长短在时间继电器KT1上设定好总的工作时间,系统连续工作的时间达到设定时间时,时间继电器KT1的常闭触点断开切断电源,整个系统停止工作。在总的榨油时间内,该控制系统会控制榨油机进行几个间歇循环的榨油工作,并具有对电动机进行过载、断相和过压报警保护等功能。

The traditional way of oil extracting in countryside is usually tedious and unwieldy, taking the trouble and consuming and inconvenient operation .In order to reduce the worker＇s labor and improve the working efficiency ,this design is mainly carried to be a set of oil extracting controlled system according to the actual request of oil press machine＇s craft .The system is operated simply , run reliable and economy and so on .The principle is that before the oil press machine works the operator may establish the overall working time .On the time relay KT1 according to the whole time for extracting oil .When the system＇s continuous working time achieves the hypothesis time .Time relay KT1 makes its contact shut to cut off the power ,the overall system knocks off .Within the whole time for extracting oil , the control system can control the oil press to carry on several intermittent circulation to extract oil .This controller also has the functions of carrying the electric motor on the overload ,breaking equally carried on the protection and the accumulated unsent telegrams police to protect.
