摘要
论述了实现河北省农作物秸秆产业化发展的基础条件,分析了促进河北省秸秆产业化发展的有利因素和阻碍秸秆产业化发展的不利因素,指出了制约秸秆产业化发展瓶颈的根本原因,并提出了合理的建议及解决办法。
The article depicts the basic conditions to develop crop-stalk industrialization of HeBei province and analyzes the advantageous factors and the disadvantageous factors of it ,in order to find the essential factors of developing bottle-neck of crop-stalk industrialization .At last it puts forward the reasonable advice and resolving way.
