摘要
研究改进国标的食品中甜蜜素含量测定方法——填充柱气相色谱法,采用RTX-1毛细柱气相色谱法测定食品(碳酸饮料、果汁饮料、乳饮料)中甜蜜素的含量。该方法变异系数为3.32%,线性范围0￣3mg/kg,回收率为95.2%￣120.1%。
Packed column gas chromatography of testing the content of cyclamate,sodium in national standard was improved in this article,using RTX-1 capillary gas chromatography to test the content of sodium,cyclamate for food（carbonated beverages,fruit juice and milk drink）.The method coefficient of variation is 3.32 %,linear range is 0-3 mg/kg,recovery is 95.2 %-120.1 %.
