摘要
公民概念,是宪法学中的一个基础性范畴,长期以来,宪法学界多从形式特征上对其内涵进行界定,从理论上对公民概念的内涵进行深入分析,展示其具有的丰富内涵以及所表征的个人与国家关系的实质方面的成果则比较缺乏。在我们建设法治国家的过程中,对公民概念的丰富内涵进行研究,不仅具有理论意义,更具有实践上的重要作用。
The conception of citizen is a basic category in the study of constitution. For a long time past, constitution circle always define its connotation from formal characteristics, but seldom attempt to analyze the connotation of citizen conception, to show its abundant connotation, and to express the substantive relationship between person and country in theory. In the progress of constructing a country ruled by law, the study to the abundant connotation of the conception not only has theoretical meaning, but also has an important role in practice.
