Constructing the dialogue mechanism is the effective approach for the right to development to remove disagreement and reach common minds. Therefore, the article tries to analyses the obstacles of dialogue mechanism, finds the logic theory of it, and on the base of useful experience constructs the dialogue mechanism for the global protection of the right to development.
