适当的货物配载方式的选择将会大大降低运输费用,从而减少企业的物流成本并提高客户服务水平。论文采用层次分析法科学地分析了车辆选择过程中的各种影响因素,并得出它们的重要性排序。对物流企业的配货战略决策提供了方便可行的分析方法,简化了决策过程,具有一定的实用性。

The appropriate modes of loading goods can reduce the cost of transportion greatly, decrease the cost of logistics and improve the level of customer service. The thesis uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） to analyze ali kinds of factors in the process of vehicle selection, and make an order of importance about them. The AHP provides a convenient and feasible method in making decision of loading goods for the logistics corporation, and also simplifies the process of d ision.Therefore the method is practicable to some extent.
