摘要
本文运用实证性研究与规范性研究相结合的方法,首先对多项目管理这一最新理论的涵义进行了解释,进而对大学生就业过程的特点进行了实证性分析,通过对两者之间特点的比较,说明了大学生就业具备多项目管理的基本特征,最后提出将多项目管理思想运用于大学生就业过程的设想,并对具体运用进行探索性的论述,旨在使相关工作人员和研究者以一种新的视角和思维方式来看待大学生就业问题。
This article utilizes the method which unifies the real diagnostic research and the standard research. Firstly, it explains the implication of the newest theory of multi-projects management and carries on an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the process the university student employment. Then it illustrates that the graduates' employment covers the basic characteristics of multi-projects management by comparing with them. Finally, it proposes the thought of utilizing the theory of multi-projects management to the process of university student employment; it elaborates the concrete utilization of the thought, in order to make the correlated staff and the researchers treat the graduates' employment from a new perspective and mode of thinking.
