This article utilizes the method which unifies the real diagnostic research and the standard research. Firstly, it explains the implication of the newest theory of multi-projects management and carries on an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the process the university student employment. Then it illustrates that the graduates＇ employment covers the basic characteristics of multi-projects management by comparing with them. Finally, it proposes the thought of utilizing the theory of multi-projects management to the process of university student employment; it elaborates the concrete utilization of the thought, in order to make the correlated staff and the researchers treat the graduates＇ employment from a new perspective and mode of thinking.
