摘要
本文分析了西部地区独立学院大学生挫折承受力的现状和形成原因,并对如何提高西部地区独立学院大学生挫折承受力的问题做了进一步探讨,期望通过耐挫力的培养,使得西部地区独立学院的大学生心理品质得到优化。
This paper analyzes the status and causes of the students＇ affordability against setbacks in the independent colleges of the western region. The issue is further explored on how to improve the students＇ affordability of setbacks. It is also elaborated that the students＇ psychological qualities are expected to be optimized through the cultivation of frustration resistance.
