大学生社团学生干部领导意识研究——以南华工商学院南华通讯社S和L为例

A Research on the Student Cadres' Leadership Awareness of Undergraduates' Organizations——Taking S and L from Nanhua News Agency of Nanhua Industrial and Commercial College as Examples

本文运用质的研究的方法,通过对某大学生社团学生干部的访谈,较为深入地描述了大学生在由普通学生或社团的普通成员转变为学生干部或社团领导的过程中的心路历程,分析了学生干部的自我领导意识及其对社团工作的影响。

The qualitative research method is adopted in this paper through interviews with the student cadres from their own organizations. The process of their mind courses were described in-depth when they became leading cadres from ordinary students or members of their organizations. A study has been made on the impact that the leadership serf-awareness of the students cadres have on the work of their organizations.
