国产封堵器介入治疗房间隔缺损的临床分析

Clinical analysis of transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect using the China-made occluder

目的总结应用国产封堵器介入治疗房间隔缺损(ASD)的临床疗效。方法本组22例ASD患者均为继发孔型,男性5例,女性17例,年龄3～67岁,体重11～65kg,缺损直径8～32mm,合并动脉导管未闭1例,多孔ASD2例,轻度肺动脉压升高6例,均经股静脉途径应用国产封堵器行封堵术,术后超声心动图随访。结果22例患者均成功封堵。术后即刻完全封堵19例,3例有少量残余分流,随访分流消失,无严重并发症。结论国产封堵器介入治疗房间隔缺损是一种安全、有效的方法。

Objective To analyze the clinical results of transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect（ASD） using the China-made occluder. Methods 22 patients with secondum-type ASD （5 males and 17 females） were enrolled, with age from 3 to 67 years old and weight from 11 to 65 kilometers. The ASD diameter ranged from 8 to 32 mm, one case associated with patent ductus arteriosus, 2 cases with multiple holes ASD and 6 cases with slightly pulmonary hypertension. The device occluder was implanted using the anterograde venous approach. Follow-up evaluations were made with echocardiography. Results The device was successfully implanted in all patients. Immediate complete closure was 19 cases and the trivial residual shunt was found in 3 cases. The echocardiography was done after transcatheter occlusion, no residual shunt was seen and no significant complications occurred in the follow-up period. Conclusion Transcatheter closure ASD using the China-made occluder device is a safe and effective method.
