雷帕霉素洗脱支架晚期血栓形成一例

1 病例资料
患者男，46岁，因轻度活动后胸骨后憋闷，休息2～3min好转1年来院。既往高血压病史4年，2型糖尿病史2年。来院后心电图未见异常，心肌酶正常，总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显升高，确诊为劳力性心绞痛、高血压病3级、2型糖尿病。在抗血小板、抗凝等治疗的基础上，于2005年7月21日行冠状动脉造影，术中见前降支近端到远段50％～80％弥漫病变，D1开口60％局限狭窄，D1中段60％局限狭窄，
