摘要
运用AMEsim/Simulink联合仿真的方法对发动机悬置的半主动控制进行了仿真研究。采用AMEsim对发动机悬置的物理结构进行仿真设计,采用Simulink工具箱中模糊控制方法对悬置控制部分进行仿真。通过两者接口,实现数据实时互换,达到最优仿真结果。对仿真结果的分析显示,和被动控制相比,采用模糊控制的发动机半主动悬置具有较好的控制效果,使发动机的减振效果进一步得到提高。
A research on the simulation of semi-active control mount of automotive engine is conducted by using the associated approach with software AMEsim/Simulink in this paper.Both simulation of mechanical structure of engine mount with AMEsim and the simulation of fuzzy control with Simulink are applied.The simulation data are interchanged in real-time by interfacing program and the optimal results of simulation are obtained.Results gained show that the control effectiveness of semi-active mount of engine by fuzzy control is better than that of passive mount of engine.The vibration isolation of engine is further improved.
