摘要
针对广泛使用的天然气发动机喷气电磁阀工作特点,设计了一种能够兼容电压型电磁阀、电流型电磁阀的混合型驱动电路。在驱动电流型电磁阀时为了减小驱动时的功耗,提供较大的启动力,采用在启动时提供较大的工作电流,使电流型电磁阀快速动作,之后,提供较小的工作电流以维持。同时在驱动电压型电磁阀时,电路也能够正常的工作。本设计可以达到混合喷气电磁阀所必需的性能特点。
Aiming at the characteristics of extended using CNG-engine solenoid valve,a hybrid solenoid valve circuit,which can be used in voltage-type solenoid valve and current-type solenoid valve,is introduced.In order to reduce the power emission and supply enough start-up force for current-type solenoid valve,more powerful working current is required to put the valve quick start of work at first,and,then weak current is used.At the same time the voltage-type solenoid valve can also work normally.The CNG-engine hybrid solenoid valve circuit can meet a lot of needs in practice.
