摘要
文章对柑橘属类黄酮的分布、提取及纯化进行了综述,着重对类黄酮的抗氧化、抗炎症、抗凝血、抗血栓及预防动脉粥样硬化、预防癌症、抑菌作用等生理活性进行了梳理,阐明了柑橘属类黄酮具有较强的清除自由基、抑制自由基介导的细胞信号、炎症、变态反应、血小板凝聚,微生物、肿瘤和肝细胞毒等作用,从药物原料及保健食品角度指出了柑橘属类黄酮具有的应用前景,为黄酮类化合物在医药行业和食品行业的深入研究开发奠定基础。
The paper summarized the distribution,extraction and purification of Citurs flavonoids,and described the functions of Citurs flavonoids for antioxidant activity,anti-inflammatory,anti-aggregation and anti-adhesive activity,prevention of atherosclerosis,prevention of cancer,antimicrobial activity.The biological activities of flavonoids are the actions against free radical,free radiated mediated cellular signaling,inflammation,allergies,platelet aggregation,microbe,tumors and hepatotoxic.These biological activities serve as a basis in food and medicine industry.
