CO_2超临界萃取川贝母游离生物碱工艺研究 被引量:22

摘要 采用超临界CO2流体提取技术提取川贝母游离生物碱。选取萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间和夹带剂用量作为考察条件进行单因素试验,在此基础上,通过正交实验分析表明:压力、温度对生物碱提取的影响较大;川贝母游离生物碱的最佳萃取正交组合为:A1B3C3D2,即萃取压力20MPa,乙醇用量300mL,萃取时间2h,萃取温度45℃,萃取率达0.195%。 This experiment was carried out by supercritical CO2 fluid technology to extract the drifting alkaloids from Fritillaria cirrhosa.The pressure,temperature,extract time and modifier consumption were selected as the inspection conditions in single factor experiment.And on the basis of it,orthogonal experiment was carried out.The result indicates that the pressure and temperature are the mainly influential factors for the extraction of alkaloids.Analysis of the orthogonal experiment indicates that the best conditions to extract the drifting alkaloids from fritillaria cirrhosa are A1B3C3D2,i.e.,pressure: 20MPa,Ethyl alcohol consumption: 300ml,extract time:2 hours,temperature: 45℃,and the extraction rate:0.195%.
