Research on the Optimization of Marine Maintenance Strategy

船舶维修策略直接关系到船舶的航行安全和效益。文章从事后维修、定期维修、状态修的角度出发,根据保证船舶航行安全的维修周期系统理论思想,总体构建了船舶维修策略及流程。根据船舶可靠度,对船舶风险进行评估,利用船舶经济性维修模型及船舶可靠性和经济性维修的博弈性,能有效确立船舶维修周期。

The maintenance strategy of marine has a notable impact on the marine safety and benefit.According to the idea of the marine maintenance system theories and from the point of view of maintenance policy such as maintenance after the event,preventive maintenance,state maintenance and ship maintainence strategy and processes,which insure the ship sailing safety the general maintainence strategy and working flow are set up in this paper.According to the ship reliability and risk assessment,marine maintenance period can be effectively determined based on ship economy mathematical model.
