摘要
以对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)和聚环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷(PEO/PPO)嵌段聚醚为原料,通过酯交换和熔融缩聚反应,合成了水溶性较好的聚酯聚醚类嵌段共聚型亲水易去污整理剂LW,应用全反射红外光谱(FTIR-ATR)及全自动表面张力仪对共聚物结构及表面活性进行了研究。结果表明,LW具有聚酯聚醚共聚物结构特征,并且具有较高的表面活性。经过亲水易去污剂LW整理后的涤纶织物的亲水性、抗静电、易去污和柔软性能等各项性能得到明显的改善,亲水性具有一定的耐洗性。
Dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and propanediol-block-polyether are used to synthesize better soluble polyester-polyether block copolymer Hydrophilic and Easy-rinse Finishing Agent LW by ester exchange reaction and melt polycondensation, the structure and surface activity of copolymer are studied by FTIR-ATR and the automatic interfacial tension tester. The experimental results indicate that LW has the characteristics of copolymer structure and higher surface activity, and the hydrosoluble property, washability, stiffness and easy-rinse property of terylene fablics are obviously improved after hydrophilic and easy-rinse finishing.
