摘要 目的研究使用Cable—pin系统治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法自2005年6月~2006年2月,应用Cable—pin系统治疗髌骨骨折18例。观察术后骨折愈合情况及膝关节功能恢复情况。结果18例骨折均获得满意愈合,无出现骨折移位、内固定松动或断裂,无出现钢缆或钉尾凸出于皮下刺激皮肤、切口感染等并发症。术后3个月Lysholm膝关节评分(92.4±2.3)分,膝关节ROM:(126.5±10.8)°;术后6个月Lysholm膝关节评分(94.3±2.5)分,膝关节ROM:(131.6±12.7)°。结论Cable—pin系统治疗髌骨骨折,符合生物力学内固定的原则,操作简便有效、手术损伤小、并发症少、有利于术后早期功能锻炼,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Cable- pin system in treatment of patella fracture. Methods Eighteen patients with patella fracture were treated with Cable - pin system from June 2005 to September 2006 in our department. The healing of the fracture and recovery of the function of knee were investigated. Results All the patients were followed up and obtained satisfactory healing. Neither displacement of the fractures, loosening, breakage of the internal fixation, nor such complications as skin irritation and infection occurred. After 3 months of operation, the Lysholm score: 92.4 ± 2.3, knee ROM (range of motion, ROM) : 126.5 ± 10.8, and 6 months later, the Lysholm score: 94.3 ± 2.5, knee ROM: 131.6 ± 12.7. Conclusion The Cable- pin system for patella fractures is consistent with the principle of biomechanics internal fixation, which is simple, effective, less invasive and fewer complications and allows early exercise. It is worth promoting.
