芪冬颐心口服液在小儿下呼吸道感染心肌损伤中的治疗作用研究

Study on the treating effect of Qidong Yixin oral liquid on myocardial damage of children with lower respiratory tract infection

目的探讨芪冬颐心口服液在小儿下呼吸道感染心肌损伤中的治疗作用。方法150例下呼吸道感染心肌损伤的患儿随机分成2组,对照组给予西医基础治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服芪冬颐心口服液,并统计2组的治疗效果。结果治疗组在心肌酶谱恢复上明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论芪冬颐心口服液对小儿下呼吸道感染心肌损伤有显著疗效。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Qidong Yixin oral liquid in the myocardial damage of children with lower respiratory tract infection. Methods 150 cases with myocardial damage among 820 cases children with lower respiratory tract infection were freely assigned two groups. They were treated respectively by Western medicine and Chinese-Western medicine. Results The curative effect in treatment group were exceeded than control group in the restore of myocardial enzyme score. Conclusion Qidong Yixin oral liquid has notable curative effect on the myocardial damage of the children with lower respiratory tract infection.
