中西医结合治疗小儿慢性咽炎40例疗效观察

Chinese medicine combine with Western medicine for chronic pharyngitis in children:an observation of 40 cases

目的观察自拟清润利咽汤为主配合西药治疗小儿慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为2组。治疗组40例予清润利咽汤煎服,配合痰净片、冬凌草片口服;对照组32例仅予痰净片、冬凌草片口服治疗。均2月为1个疗程。结果治疗组临床痊愈22例,显效13例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率97.5%;对照组临床痊愈12例,显效8例,有效8例,无效4例,总有效率87.5%。两组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论以清润利咽汤为主的中西医结合方法治疗小儿慢性咽炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinic curative effect of Qingrun Liyan Decoction combine with Western medicine. Methods 72 cases were divided into 2 groups. The treatment group of 40 cases were given Qingrun Liyan Decoction and Tanjing Tablet and Donglingcao Tablet. The control group of 32 cases only took Tanjing Tablet and Donglingcao Tablet. 2 months was one course of treatment. Results The total curative rate in treatment group was 97.5 %, while that in control group was 87.5 %. There was different in 2 groups （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Qingrun Liyan Decoction combine with Western medicine can get notable therapeutic effect in clinic.
