摘要 分析了Pro/E装配模块的局限性,基于三维图形的几何变换技术,利用二次开发工具Pro/Toolkit,开发了装配仿真模块,实现了面向产品装配过程的具有干涉检测功能的装配单元拆卸仿真、装配仿真以及整个装配体的装配路径规划动画仿真。 It analyzes the limitation of Pro/E assembly module. Using tool Pro/Toolkit, it develops assembly simulation module based on the geometric transformation technology of 3D graphics. The system can achieve assembly elements disassembling simulation with interference detection, its assembly simulation and the entire assembly path planning.
