摘要
针对电火花加工的工艺特点及其复杂性,提出了一个基于神经网络的电火花加工工艺效果的预测模型,可反映出电参数和加工结果之间的关系。Matlab仿真结果显示了其良好的预测精度,最后分析了引起预测误差的原因。
According to the character of EDM technology and it's complexity, it presents a forecasting model of technological effect for EDM based on BP Neural Network, which can reflect the relationship between machining result and electrical parameters. The result of simulation shows high forecasting accuracy. It analyzes the reasons to cause the forecasting error.
