摘要
针对传统的质量诊断系统无法满足扩散制造环境下质量诊断的分布性要求的问题,提出了一种集成了多种方法的质量诊断系统。分析了扩散制造环境下质量诊断的特点和要求,给出了集成多种方法的质量诊断系统框架,对系统中质量诊断方法进行了形式化表示,并设计了一个检索和匹配质量诊断方法的算法。最后给出了具体的应用实例。
Because the traditional quality diagnosis cannot satisfy the requirement of extended manufacturing, it gives out a quality diagnosis system integrated with multiple methods. It analyzes the specialties and requirement in this environment, builds the system frame, and discusses how to formalize a diagnosis method and formalization expression. It designs an algorism of searching and matching among those diagnosis methods, shows an application.
