摘要
目的探讨护士的职业态度及其影响因素,为护理管理者规划护士职业生涯提供依据。方法自行设计护士职业态度调查问卷对389名三级甲等综合医院护士进行调查。结果护士职业态度总均分3.94±0.35。不同职称、用工性质及择业原因护士职业态度的3个维度得分比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);不同护龄护士行为及认知维度得分比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01);不同婚姻状况护士行为维度得分比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论护士职业态度总体处于满意水平,护龄、婚姻状况、职称、用工性质及择业原因对职业态度有不同程度的影响。护理管理者应针对上述影响因素采取有效措施规划护士职业生涯,保证护理人力资源。
Objective To explore professional attitude of nurses and the influencing factors in order to provide references for nursing managers to guide nurses' career. Methods Three hundred and eighty-nine nurses from the highest level of comprehensive hospital were surveyed by self-made questionnaire about nurse's professional attitude. Results The total score of professional attitude was 3.94±0.35. Professional rank, style of employment, the reason for choosing nursing as a career led to significant diffierences in scores of 3 subscales of professional attitude (P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ) ; nurses with varied seniority scored significantly different in behavior and cognitive subscales (P〈0.01 for both); nurses with different marrital status showed significantly different scores in behavior subscale (P〈0.01). Conclusion The professional attitude of nurses is satisfactory. The influencing factors were seniority, marrital status, professional rank, style of employment and the reason for choosing nursing as a career. Nursing managers should catch the key points to encourage nurses to plan professional career so as to ensure adequate nursing human resource.
