介绍了ControlLogix系列PLC的雪峰山隧道监控系统的系统结构,该系统由隧道监控中心层、通信网络层、PLC控制单元层和现场设备层组成。阐述了PLC控制单元在隧道监控系统中的重要作用,介绍了RSView32组态软件以及ControlLogix系统的特点,详述了基于RSView32的隧道监控系统软件功能需求,通过对监控系统软件的模块划分,使得整个系统满足了网络化、标准化、可扩展性和可靠性等要求,提高了公路隧道监控系统的技术水平和管理水平,确保了隧道交通的安全、畅通及设备的正常运转。
The distribute and layered architecture of Xuefeng mountain tunnel supervision control system was introduced. The system was composed of Tunnel Supervise Central Level. Communication Network Level.PLC Control Unit Level and the Field Devices Level. The most important effect of the PLC control unit in the tunnel supervise system was expatiated. Described the features of RSView32 and ControlLogix, then the function requirements of the tunnel supervision control system software based on RSView32 was introduced. And by partion the module of the tunnel software, so make the tunnel supervision control sys- tem satisfied the demands and qualities of networking.standard, extensibility and reliability etc. Thus the technology and management level of the Road Tunnel Supervision System was improved. The securities and smoothness of the tunnel as well as the tunnel device running technically was ensured.
