影响停车场规划方案的因素很多,具有多目标性、多层次性,致使在方案评选中难以作出好的决策。构建停车场评价体系和建立多目标多层模糊综合评价模型,并对停车场规划多个方案进行综合评判,最终得出最优方案,同时要对评价结果作出简要分析,将定量和定性分析有效的结合。此方法的提出在停车场规划方案的评选中具有重要的意义。

There are lots of reasons can influence the parking lot plan, which have the multi-objective and the multilayer characters in the evaluation , so it is difficult to make a good decision. Forming an evolutional system and establishing the multi-obiection multilayer fuzzy synthesis evolutional model, evaluate many plans and obtains an optimum plan ultimately, and gives the simple analysis, it is effective to combine with the quantify and qualitative analysis. This method has the practical significance to the parking lot plan judgment.
