摘要
目的建立比浊法测定乙酰螺旋霉素片的方法。方法金葡菌为实验菌,加菌量约0.5%(V/V),(37±0.5)℃培养3.5～4.5h测定。结果抗生素线性浓度为3.2～15.6μg/ml,平均回收率为100.7%(n=9),RSD=1.4%。结论本方法操作方便、快速,灵敏、可信限率低,结果准确,精密度好,可作为乙酰螺旋霉素片效价的测定方法。
Objective To establish a turbidimetric method for the content determination of acetylspiramycin tablets. Method The test organism was Staphylococcus aureus. Adjust the bacterial suspension of Staphylococcus aureus inoculation with about 0.5% （V/V） ratio, at （37±0. 5）℃ for 3. 5～4.5 hours. Results The linear range was 3. 2μg/ml～15.6 μg/ml and the average recovery was 100.7% （n=9）; RSD=1. 4%. Conclusion The method was sensitive, rapid, precise and feasible for the determination of Acetylspiramycin tablets.
