动物mtDNA的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 自20世纪60年代NassM和NassS用电子显微镜直接观察到线粒体内部细丝状的DNA以后,人们才逐渐接受线粒体中存在遗传物质的事实,并对线粒体DNA(mtDNA)的基因结构、组成、复制、转录及表达等方面进行了深入研究。近年来,mtDNA的研究在动物分子遗传学、分子生态学、种群遗传结构分析、遗传多样性、物种和品系鉴定、保护遗传学等方面得到了广泛应用。
