血栓素受体在动脉粥样硬化中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 血栓素A2的增高与动脉硬化的发生密切相关,近年来对于血栓素受体的实验研究显示,阿司匹林虽然能抑制血栓素A2的产生,但是不能显著抑制动脉斑块的形成,而应用血栓素受体拮抗剂不但能显著减小粥样斑块的面积,还可以改变斑块内细胞组成成分,使得斑块更加稳定。因此提出血栓素受体较血栓素A2与动脉粥样硬化的关系更为密切,并且可作为治疗的靶点。本文将近年来有关这方面的实验研究加以总结,以提高对动脉硬化发生机制的进一步认识。
