摘要
振动给料机在安装、调整完毕后,需进行空载试验,其目的是全面检验振动给料机在各方面的调整是否合适,振幅是否稳定,能否正常、连续和可靠运转等。对GZK1520式给料机的给料槽进行动力响应测试,以此了解给料机的振动特性(即振动槽体的幅值、频率、振型)。测试内容包括:给料槽上各测点的加速度,以及各测点的振动相位角等。
In order to prove the performance of the inertial vibration feeder, such as the swing of the feeder trough, the continuing working span and the adjustment of the machine, the unloaded test is needed after being installation. According to the requirements, the unloaded test is operated on the GZK1520 beeline vibration feeder. In the test, the acceleration and the phase of the testing dots are measured, and the final results are given.
