摘要
对不锈钢材料数控车削加工的特点进行分析,论述了在数控车削不锈钢零件时,通过合理改变钢材料的硬度、选择切削刀具与切削用量、以及选用适当的冷却液等加工工艺措施,可显著提高不锈钢零件数控车削的效率。
NC turning characteristic of 3Cr13 stainless steel was analyzed. Some machined process measures of NC turning 3Cr13 stainless steel, for example, reasonably changing the steel material degree of hardness, and choosing cutting tool and cutting parameter and refrigerant were put forward, which remarkably enhance the ef- ficiency of turning the stainless steel parts.
