Introduces a system of speed feedback controlled by closed- loop, in which AVR Microcontroller is used as the core control chip and the mode controlled by PWM. The algorithm controlled by HD, the DC electromotor drive chip （LTM18200） and the photoelectric encoder are adopted. The design of circuit of hardware and corresponding software is also given.
