振动机油液循环过滤系统的设计与改造

摘要 介绍了一种振动机的油液循环过滤系统的设计改造过程。通过对振动机的油液循环过滤系统使用状况的分析,经过多次实践,着力解决了在特定情况下油液只能靠高度差所形成的压力流回循环系统、普通泵自吸能力差及对油液杂质状况复杂、环境条件恶劣难于保证回油管路畅通等问题,提出了设置地面油槽形式的开式管路,选择电动隔膜泵等有效措施,并结合实际,对改造设计过程中出现的问题进行了分析总结,指出了实施方案中存在的优缺点。 Introduces a kind of oil liquid that vibrates the machine to filter the design reformation process of the system circularly. Pass the analysis to the oil liquid of the vibration machine filters circularly the system uses the condition, through many fulfillments, put forth effort to resolve the oil liquid to can is become by high bad only under the condition of particular of pressure flow to return to circulatory system, common pump from absorb the ability bad, and is bad and difficult to the oil liquid miscellaneous quality condition complications, the environment condition to return to the pipeline road unimpeded etc. problem in the assurance, put forward the open type tube road of the oil slot form of the constitution ground, choose the valid measure of etc. of the dynamoelectric diaphragm pump, and combine physically, to the reformation design to appear in the process of problem carried on the analytical surnrnary, point out the implement project in the existent merit and shortcoming.
