摘要
尽管缺血性心脏病通过介入治疗和外科手术等，可以得到满意的血运重建，但许多患者由于缺血性二尖瓣关闭不全不能得到足够治疗，致使远期病死率明显增加。近年来，随着对缺血性二尖瓣关闭不全认识的提高，人们提出了更为积极的治疗意向。
