摘要
利用选育的耐酸耐高温酵母Q-10,采用甜高粱秸秆固态发酵生产燃料乙醇。当接种量为5%、发酵温度34℃、发酵起始pH4.0、糖化酶和纤维素酶用量分别为50U/g原料和20U/g原料、发酵周期4d时,乙醇产量达到6.5%(v/v)。小试试验乙醇产量达到6.4%(v/v),工业试验乙醇产量达到6.0%(v/v)。
In this paper, an acid-resistant and high-temperature resistant yeast strain was used to solid-state fermentation (SSF) for fuel ethanol by using sorgo straws as material. The optimal SSF conditions by using sorgo straw powder were 4.0 of initial pH, 34℃ of fermentation temperature, 5% of yeast application amount, 4 d of fermentation period, dosage of saccharification power was 50U per gram raw material and dosage of cellulase was 20 U per gram raw material, on these conditions, ethanol concentration in medium reached 6.5%. In small-scale production, ethanol concentration reached 6.4% and in industrial production, ethanol concentration reached 6.0%.
