摘要
研究了用微波催化快速合成10-羟基癸酸的新工艺,以蓖麻油60mL、氢氧化钠75 g和2-辛醇120mL为原料,微波功率为250W,经微波催化快速合成可使10-羟基癸酸的产率达到69%。该法与传统合成工艺相比,微波催化反应可在常温常压下进行,中间产物不需分离,反应时间由6h减小为16min,加快了反应速度。
A new one-pot method with microwave-catalyzed synthesis was applied to produce 10-hydroxy decanonic acid from the caster oil. The processes were investigated and the reaction conditions were confirmed as follows: the reagents included 60 ml caster oil, 75 g NaOH and 120 ml 2-octyl alcohol; the microwave power was 250 W. Finally the yield was 69 %. Compared with the traditional synthesis method, this method reduced reaction time from 6 h to 16 min.
