摘要 研究了石墨炉原子吸收法测定葡萄酒中微量铅的适宜条件,采用标准加入法和塞曼效应校正背景,铅的线性范围为10μg/L~50μg/L,回收率为90%~110%。并用此法对5种市售红葡萄酒样品进行测定,结果发现铅含量范围为43.50μg/L~91.77μg/L。 The feasible conditions for trace plumbum (Pb) determination in red wine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry (GF-AAS) were studied. Using standard additions and Zeeman effect background correction, the linear range of Pb content was between 10 to 50 μg/L, and the recovery rote was 90%-110%. Then, the method was employed for the analysis of 5 red wines in market. The results indicated that the Pb contents ranged from 43.50 to 91.77 μg/L.
