我国乳腺癌保乳手术应注意的几个问题 被引量：13

摘要 乳腺癌现已成为全球范围内严重威胁女性身心健康的主要杀手，发病率呈上升趋势，在我国京、津、沪等大城市已位居女性恶性肿瘤的第1、2位。随着对乳腺癌生物学特性研究的深入，前瞻性随机试验的开展及结果的陆续报道，以及大量回顾性研究资料的收获，不断推动了临床实践的发展。“局部治疗方法的差异并不影响大多数乳腺癌患者的生存率”——这一新的理念逐渐被人们所接受，“有效的最小治疗”逐步取代了“可耐受的最大治疗”，
